Real-Time Scheduling and Delivery Tracking

Integrating our delivery services with advanced computer technology allows us to offer the highest level of customer service to our retail and residential customers.  Our DISPATCH TRACK tracking system is a cloud-based software application that is available to all of our customers.  This service allows our clients to track the exact location of our delivery trucks and removes the guesswork of arrival times.  This system also offers an automated call dialer service so that customers awaiting delivery will receive the most up-to-date time frame.  We are committed to respecting your resources by keeping our deliveries accurate and our business practices transparent.

White Glove Delivery Service

NEHDS offers white glove delivery service.  This speciality service handles the entire process from packing, delivering, and unloading while following our protocol for fragile and extra-sensitive items.  Using blanket wrapping and highly secure packaging, we work intently to protect your items as well as the delivery location with special attention to the floors and walls of the final destination.  Our white glove service includes the removal of packaging and shipping debris.  NEHDS also has a furniture repair technician available for repairs, assembly, and installation needs included in our white glove service.
